On 1 May 2023, the developer of the MetaTrader 4 platform, Metaquotes, will discontinue their support to all platform builds older than 1370. This update will improve the performance and stability of the entire MetaTrader 4 platform. 

ThinkMarkets clients trading on MT4 desktop and mobile with platform builds below 1370 will automatically be logged out by 30 April 2023, 11:59pm MT4 server time. Traders will need to update their desktop and mobile versions to be able to log in and continue trading. 

To update your MT4 desktop version, please follow the steps below: 
 

1. Log in to ThinkPortal. 

2. Click ‘Platforms’ and then ‘ThinkMarkets MT4’. 

3. Download and install the latest desktop version depending on your preferred device. 
    

For MT4 mobile, you can update your app to the latest version via PlayStore or AppStore.
