On August 4th, XM donated to Free Food For All (FFFA) to support an exceptional program targeting Bedok,
Singapore’s underprivileged community.
“Dinner with 40 Individuals” is an empowering FFFA program that brings together 40 individuals from under
privileged backgrounds over a warm meal. This helps combat marginalization, foster community connections,
and promote social inclusiveness.
These 40 people are selected from low-income families, homeless individuals, disabled communities, injured
migrant workers and anyone in Bedok finding themselves under economic stress. They are treated to a dinner
where they have an opportunity to interact with one another and build supportive relationships.
“Dinner with 40 Individuals” is aligned with our values as a company. It aims to make a positive impact both
within our industry and in the communities we serve.
The key objectives of this program are to:
Ensure that the underprivileged people receive nutritious and fulfilling meals
Foster a sense of community and connection among the participants to combat the feeling of isolated
and marginalized
Raise awareness about the challenges faced by underprivileged individuals and the importance of
addressing social inequality
Uplift and empower the underprivileged individuals
Our donation to FFFA underscores the importance of collaboration between the corporate sector and non-profit
organizations as a way of driving positive social change.
By channelling resources and efforts toward initiatives like “Dinner with 40 individuals” that are designed to uplift
the less fortunate, companies can play a pivotal role in creating a more equitable and compassionate society.
